Apéro-concert de 18H30 à 20H30 , sur un fond de thème ( déguisement du personnel - décors ,....) années 20/ 30.

Smoky Joe Combo était cet hiver sur la scène du Festival Jazz Sur Conilhac qui a notamment accueilli pour cette édition Paolo Fresu, Monty Alexander... Le concert du Smoky en quintet avec Thomas Doméné à la batterie s'est conclu par une prestation en septet avec les invités du disque Dominique Rieux (trompette, bugle, arrangements) et Pascal Pezot (saxophone)... En toute fin de soirée après le concert déchainé du Minton's Jazz , jam session générale avec Mariannick St Ceran et ses complices... 11 puis 12 musiciens sur scène.. mémorable... le tout est en images sur le site Raphael Roth photgraphe officiel du festival.

Il n'est pas trop tard pour vous souhaiter une Bonne Année 2009 ! Pour SMOKY JOE COMBO on espère qu'elle sera aussi chargée que 2008 ! C'est plutot bien parti avec la mise en playlist et la diffusion de "swing Brother swing" sur le réseau des emissions Blues des radios ci dessous de la région de Limoges.
